Our On Demand Video Channel offers a wide variety of Physio Led Pilates classes and sessions to suit all ages and abilities. Based on the Mat there are full length classes, shorter sessions, challenges, HIT Cardio Pilates, Barre, Reformer on the Mat, Children’s Classes and Master Classes to perfect your technique!
