Our On Demand Video Channel offers a wide variety of Physio Led Pilates classes and sessions to suit all ages and abilities. Based on the Mat there are full length classes, shorter sessions, challenges, HIT Cardio Pilates, Barre, Reformer on the Mat, Children’s Classes and Master Classes to perfect your technique!
All of the classes are led by Lizzy Caldwell.

〰️ She is a Specialist Physiotherapist with over 21 years experience in assessing and treating Musculoskeletal conditions in a variety of settings.
〰️ Lizzy is a Fully Certified APPI Matwork & Reformer Instructor whose personal love of all things Pilates & Physio shines through in every aspect of her teaching.
