    This class is for building balance and bone strength. It's performed all in a standing position and is HIPTASTIC!

    Stiff neck? Stiff between your shoulder blades? Tension headaches? Posture could be better?

    Lizzy goes through a series of exercises to help strengthen your neck and upper back. In time these exercises will ease those niggles and tensions. You'll need a mat and a head pillow or folded towel.
