6 Class Matwork Course
Based on the mat and taught by a Chartered Physiotherapist. This is a series of classes to complete in order. You can do one a day, twice a week or anything in between! You can repeat them as many times as you like!
You will need a mat and a head pillow or folded towel for all classes. Other small equipment may be needed - see below:
Week 1: No Small Equipment
Week 2: No Small Equipment
Week 3: Pilates Soft Ball
Week 4: Weighted Balls or Small Hand Weights (0.5kg or 1kg - optional)
Week 5: Resistance Band
Week 6: No Small Equipment
You will have access to all 6 classes for a 30 day rental period.

✅ Physio Led Pilates Class Week 1 (No Equipment)
Based on the mat. Use a folded towel under your head if you don't have a head pillow. Follow modifications as necessary.

Based on the mat. No small equipment needed. Use a folded towel under your head if you don't have a head pillow. Follow modifications as necessary.

✅ Physio Led Pilates Week 3 (Soft Ball)
Based on the mat using the Pilates Soft Ball. Use a folded towel under your head if you don't have a head pillow. Follow modifications as necessary.

✅ Physio Led Pilates Class Week 4 (Weighted Balls)
Based on the mat using weighted balls (0.5kg or 1.kg - optional) Use a folded towel under your head if you don't have a head pillow. Follow modifications as necessary.

Based on the mat using a resistance band (optional) Use a folded towel under your head if you don't have a head pillow. Follow modifications as necessary.
