  • ✅ Love Your Feet Foot Stretches

    Episode 1

    Because your smaller muscles need love too. Lizzy takes you through a few easy to do stretches for your feet and ankles. You will need a spikey ball and a towel.

  • ✅Slow Flow

    Episode 2

    Short slower flow mobility class. Move slowly and precisely and focus on breathing. Do everyday to keep mobile. Motion is Lotion!

  • ✅Quick Stretch

    Episode 3

    Super quick stretch sequence for hip flexors, hamstrings and spinal mobility. Enjoy!

  • Neck Stretches Using the Pilates Soft Ball

    Episode 4

    Some simple stretches to help keep those niggles away. You'll need a mat and a head pillow or folded towel.

  • ✅ Breathe, Stretch & Flow

    Episode 5

    Slow and steady flow to open up your upper back, chest and hips. Work in a comfortable range for you. Never force any of the stretches.

  • ✅ Full Body Stretch with the Swiss Ball

    Episode 6

    Luscious full body stretch using the large Pilates Ball (Swiss Ball). Perfect to tag on to your class or do on it's own if you're short on time. You'll need a mat and a Swiss ball.

  • ✅ Lateral Motion and Rotation

    Episode 7

    Focussing on exercises that move you into lateral or side bends and rotations. You'll be amazed how much this session can improve all directions of movement of your spine, especially extension! You'll need a mat and a head pillow or folded towel.

  • ✅ Free your Spine & Shoulders (Soft Ball)

    Episode 8

    Using the Soft Ball to work through this delicious selection of simple mobility exercises to free your spine & shoulders.

  • ✅Thoracic Mobility Sequence

    Episode 9

    Short sequence of Pilates exercises to improve thoracic (mid back) mobility and relieve stiffness. You'll need a mat and a head pillow or folded towel.

  • ✅ Spikey Balls

    Episode 10

    Sequence of muscle release moves on spikey massage balls! Could also be done using trigger point balls. Enjoy :-)

  • ✅Low Back Stretches

    Episode 11

    Simple exercises to relieve back ache and stiffness. You'll need a mat and a head pillow or folded towel.

  • ✅Neck Stretches on the Soft Ball

    Episode 12

    Perfect if you get headaches from your neck or if you're just feeling a bit tense! Put some relaxing music on and take 5 minutes to release your neck. Soft ball required ideally!

  • ✅Seated Stretches

    Episode 13

    Chair based stretches. Great if you're sitting a lot at the moment or work at a desk. Try them on a gym/swiss ball for added core challenge!
