  • ✅✅ Arms - Strengthen & Tone with Band

    Episode 1

    Exercises to strengthen and tone your arms and shoulders. Do each exercise 6-8 times and repeat if you like! Take care with the band so it doesn't ping back and get you. You'll need a resistance band.

  • ✅✅✅Reformer on the Mat

    Episode 2

    Fast Paced Intermediate / Advanced class replicating Reformer Exercises on the mat using Resistance Band or Resistance Tubing. You'll need a light and a heavy (or medium) Band. Not suitable if you are pregnant.

  • ✅ Bootylicious!

    Episode 3

    This class focuses on targeting your gluts and thighs. Improving the strength of these muscle groups can help hip and back problems, improve pelvic floor strength and tone your behind! Rear of the year anyone!? You'll need a mat, resistance band and some small weights.

  • ✅ Arm Toning With Weights

    Episode 4

    Session focussed on toning and strengthening your arms, with a little bit of balance thrown in! You'll need a pair of small hand weights or weighted balls (0.5kg or 1kg). This sessions is all done in a standing position.

  • ✅Magic Circle - Upper Body Focus

    Episode 5

    Magic Circle Class focussing on the upper body. Who doesn’t love the Magic Circle!? Prepare to work hard and enjoy the Magic of the CIRCLE!

  • ✅Neck Stretches on the Soft Ball

    Episode 6

    Perfect if you get headaches from your neck or if you're just feeling a bit tense! Put some relaxing music on and take 5 minutes to release your neck. Soft ball required ideally!

  • ✅ Spikey Balls

    Episode 7

    Sequence of muscle release moves on spikey massage balls! Could also be done using trigger point balls. Enjoy :-)

  • ✅ Love Your Feet Foot Stretches

    Episode 8

    Because your smaller muscles need love too. Lizzy takes you through a few easy to do stretches for your feet and ankles. You will need a spikey ball and a towel.

  • ✅ Free your Spine & Shoulders (Soft Ball)

    Episode 9

    Using the Soft Ball to work through this delicious selection of simple mobility exercises to free your spine & shoulders.

  • ✅ Full Body Stretch with the Swiss Ball

    Episode 10

    Luscious full body stretch using the large Pilates Ball (Swiss Ball). Perfect to tag on to your class or do on it's own if you're short on time. You'll need a mat and a Swiss ball.

  • Neck Stretches Using the Pilates Soft Ball

    Episode 11

    Some simple stretches to help keep those niggles away. You'll need a mat and a head pillow or folded towel.

  • ✅✅ Session Using the Short Foam Roller

    Episode 12

    Quick session using the short foam roller - it's not just for rolling out these tight. muscles. Dust it off and enjoy using it to enhance your Pilates Practice.

  • ✅✅ Magic Circle Class

    Episode 13

    Who doesn’t love the Magic Circle!? Prepare to work hard and enjoy the Magic of the CIRCLE! You'll need a mat, head pillow or folded towel and a circle!

  • ✅✅✅Reformer on the Mat

    Episode 14

    Replicating some of the Reformer exercises on the mat. No equipment required (other than a mat and pillow). Bring your abs of steel though!!

  • ✅✅ 20 Minute Magic Circle Blast

    Episode 15

    It's circle! It's magic! It's a burny one - abs, arms and legs all involved! You'll need a mat, head pillow or folded towel and of course a Pilates Circle.
